All interactions with Russell Ruey, from initial inquiry to completion of job, were fantastic and showed the professionalism that we wish to encounter in all business dealings. I had plenty of questions, and as I am NOT much of a DIY guy, Russell patiently answered my questions and explained things in a way that I could understand, I learned quite a bit in the process, and you are never to old to learn! The work was on-time, as promised, and the quality above expectations. price in the end was exactly what was quoted, no surprises. The whole experience have us planning our next home improvement, and I know who I will call to do the work, Russell and his crew without a doubt. Thank you!

We have trusted Russell with our house multiple times. First we had our windows done and it only took the time for the order to come in and two days for the complete installation of all the windows in our house. we also had him put in a patio door that only took a couple hours. Recently we had an estimate for siding and even with all the snow and ice he was able to get it done in a timely manner. They started at 8 am this morning and were completely finished at 5 pm. our house is no longer the eyesore of the neighborhood. The lifetime warranty is also a seller for us since we have four kids and when a window got broken they came out and fixed it right away! We've truly got a friend in the business and trust Russell with all upcoming house projects.
