Didn’t show up the day they were suppose to. Never called or anything. Only used them because they partner with tmi home warranty. After they finally came we received an invoice after we paid cash to the repair men!

Highly recommend! Had pipe burst in the middle of the night due to cold weather. Called at 7am.. they came right out and issue was resolved by 830am.

Don’t ever work with them. These people didn’t want to show up when they were supposed to, and then when they did they installed a faulty product. When I finally got them out to fix it they sent me a separate invoice for fixing their own issues.In the installation they also left the inside area a complete mess, plus ripped my rose bush out of the flower bed. When I called them out on this, the guy blatantly lied and said I “helped him” dig out my rose bush!Bad communication, disrespect, and blatant lying to the customer… I will NEVER use this company again and I have already let everyone I know how awful they are.

The receptionist was Always Rude!! Owner also rude and took forever to get them to my home!! Spent too much and when I had emergency was told it’d be a week before anyone could get here!!!!! Really??? I don’t see how or care now they stay in business!! No emergency help, closed on Saturdays, rude , unprofessional. Says it allService: Heating system installation

They are fantastic! In a time when it is nearly impossible to get a contractor to call you back, much less to your home, JP Benbow was there for us. They are responsive, fairly priced, and timely. We will continue to use them as we need.
