I highly recommend the Scent Workshop in Galena! I came with some girlfriends for my 40th birthday weekend and we did the perfume and candle package. We had so much fun! Makayla was a fantastic leader and explained the scents and process in an easy and understandable way. We are already discussing our next visit!

My wife and I went in on our anniversary and had a great time! Jan was super, setting us up even though she wasn’t even supposed to be there (she had come in on an off day to finish up some other stuff). She could have easily said that there were no workshops available for that day and sent us on our way, but she told us to come back in about 10-15 minutes so that she could set up our stations and see if anyone else wandered in. We had a great time making our own scent profiles, and she even let us make a third candle as an anniversary gift “as long as we could both agree on the scent”. We had fantastic experience making our own custom candles! We enjoyed learning about the art of french perfumery and how aromas are layered, along with discovering our personal scents and building our own unique scent formula. We left not only with our personalized candles, but with the great memories we created together!
