We had a semi emergency the day after Thanksgiving, and we were able to get service without an issue. The problem itself was much bigger than anticipated and we have a family party tomorrow. supply warehouses are closed today which complicated things. Nick was AMAZING at problem solving and understanding the urgency of the situation. He communicated so well, and was able to get the problem temporarily resolved until warehouses are open again on Momday. I cannot recommend him enough. he truly acted like this was his home and his problem. he was prompt, explained every step, and got us taken care of. i can definitely say we're customers for life. We had a faucet we needed installed and a couple little things with the sink. They got their bid blind within $20(+/-). Great work. Highly recommend.
