“Lost water pressure in my shower on July 4th (of all days lol) and my showerhead dropped 2 inches like it was broken. I stopped shower and took off showerhead and realized the arm had broke. Called another plumber which was closed all weekend. Called Hugunin next and they were able to come out Monday and said the arm snapped off! Fixed the problem in under an hour. James was amazing to work and was very patient as he explained/answered every question I asked. I will def be calling them again in any emergency needs!“
