Horrible experience. Im traumatized absolutely traumatized! I specifically said I do not want highlights i wanted a complete color. She insisted on doing it her way and OMG she tried to change her story and booked me for a root retouching the following week. My hair isnt anywhere near the color i asked for. Its horrible and ruined. I had to think long and hard about this as I've been going to this stylist for about 2 years. She is very nice. And does a nice job with trims. No way can I go back and trust her to fix this. This is supposed to be a natural gray/silver color. Told me the photo i showed her must have been a wig. So! it was the color I wanted. Today I experienced the 90 minute Japenese Head Spa. It was everything my scalp has been missing! I enjoyed the massage bed, scalp analysis, and the finishing touches of a raspberry mimosa. This was a great experience.!

I have nails and my hair styled, cut, and toned by Maggie Plum. She has always done a fantastic job. She listens to what you want. I have never had a bad experience with Maggie. I have been with Maggie over a year now and will stay with her.
