Our GLAS control stopped working and we couldn't get furnace to work. So I called loescher and Tom called back. He came and rebooted the control. Normally it doesn't want to but I was lucky and it worked. So a big thank you to Tom for taking time tonight and coming to help. Loescher always give us good service.
I had a problem with my air conditioner that was installed by them about 5 years ago. I called the office and they promptly sent somebody out and he had me going in about half an hour.
It was super easy to get a hold of them and it was super speedy of them to send somebody out. Highly recommend!
Finally they sent someone out after calling twice.The gentleman name is Tom. He explained to me what happened. When they put the furnace in with the water thing, the guy never told me about the water filter needing to b changed only about the furnace filter. Needless to say it was bad. I wish the warranty would hv covered all but it didn't. Loescher, please make sure your men tell everything. The 5 stars is actually for Tom. He was great. He made sure he answered all my questions and showed me what to do. Thank you Tom.
