This vet clinic is absolutely amazing, definitely don’t judge a book by its cover. They’re the most caring and compassionate, honest and straightforward veterinary medicine clinic I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to.

So I just took my cat in for an enormous cyst on his chin, said I thought it was from a bite. The vet proceeded to squish his face repeatedly even though it clearly hurt him and sent me home saying it’s just acne. It popped and its pretty clearly a bite wound. Did prescribe correct antibiotics though. Don't know how squishing my pets face and telling me I was incorrect was helpful in any way. Had to take him to a different vet to clean the wound and shave off the puss-covered fur (which could have been avoided if he had listened initially)

We cannot say enough good things about Freeport Animal Hospital, Dr. Condie, and the entire staff. From the moment we walked in, we were met with true compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The staff is absolutely amazing, attentive, and supportive during one of the most stressful times for our family.
Dr. Condie is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind-hearted and patient. He took the time to explain everything, treated Jackson with such care, and made sure we felt heard and supported every step of the way.
