I called Family Heating and Air today for a second opinion. I spoke with Dawn and she is wonderful. She went above and beyond for me and I am so impressed. My air was out in our home we just bought. I had to call around for company's who work with home warranty. Most companies who i called dont want to work with them! This company came to my home with no issues fixed my air! The guys are amazing and knowledgeable! Ill be doing all my heating and cooling issues with this company! These people are AWESOME!! We called for a quote on a new a/c and furnace, and had a price in minutes. At 4:00 pm I called and said that I would like to proceed, and by 1:00 the next afternoon, everything was installed and operational. They were punctual, friendly and gave us a great price.
