“We have done business with Gitz-Meier Remodeling for over 40 years. We have been extremely pleased and excited with all the work done for us. Their entire team is very professional starting with the designs, planning and the actual work. The carpenters are top notch, master carpenters with great skill and experience. The carpenters go above and beyond what has been asked for, giving appropriate suggestions as a project develops. They built us a beautiful kitchen that had previously been a second large living room in an old farm house. We had two bathrooms completely gutted and redone. We also had Gitz-Meier roof and put siding on our house. These were large jobs because of the size of the house and the detail of the siding and finish. It is amazing how many compliments we have had on our siding. We do not exaggerate when we claim it is the most well done siding job in our community. The work done was very high quality and all the extra details make it a truly remarkable house. We also had RestorX help us out with some disasters. We had a flood in our finished basement several years ago. Even calling in the middle of the night, they sent an efficient team out to dry out and clean up the mess right away. On a very cold evening several years ago we had a water pipe break in our wall and had water pour out of our ceiling fan! Again they were here quickly and were professional in the clean up and remodeling afterwards. We couldn't be more happy with this company and highly recommend them for any of your projects, big or small. I would give them a rating of 10 if there was one.“

“Jeff and his crew have done a lot of work for me in the past two years.I am very pleased with their professionalism and customer courtesy. The first job they took on for me was a window replacement job that another contractor had left me hanging on. It was late in the fall so the temperature was less than ideal and they already had a pretty full schedule but they came through for me. They have been doing work for me ever since, including door replacement, deck work,window trim. And they also finished my basement witch was a huge project, you can probably see pictures of it on downings Facebook page.
