Ed got me out of a perdicament when I totally - totally messed up my computer, which then infected my other computer. Ed was fast, thorough and very informative! He gave me information that I could do before he even seen my computer. I dropped them off at 5:30 and could pick them up the next day. What a relief to know they were cleaned!
