My old white tile floors looked like they had seen a better day. I could never get them clean. After clean pro was here not only are my Floors extremely clean but they are also sealed to prevent the situation from happening again. I will definitely use their services in the future when my carpets need cleaning. They were on time professional and knew what they were talking about.

Literally the quickest response time I have ever had when working with someone. In a matter of 15 minutes or less of them arriving our unit was back online and starting to cool the house again. I cannot thank them enough for getting it taken care of so quickly and efficiently!!!
I give my highest recommendation for Dr Isawi. I have never been treated so well in my 62 years of life by a doctor. I had lost my job and I was needing to get two procedures done one on each eye before I was no longer covered under my work Insurance. I shared this with Dr. Isawi nurse and she relayed it to Dr. Isawi and he came in on a day that he does no surgeries, I believe it was on his lunch hour to do this for me. So I got both of my eyes done before my insurance lapsed. I am so very thankful and blessed that I was directed to Dr. Isawi!

My dad has been a resident for over a year. The staff is friendly and helpful. My dad loves the food especially dessert. He has a private room with cable and a landline we pay extra for. They are working on getting more activities and he likes to play Bingo.

The crew was large enough to finish the roofs in one day. They were polite, clean and fast. Got me done in a day so that I was not open to the elements. I will refer this company to anyone that needs a roof.

I just had Bret hang drywall in my basement today. I called him on Monday and he responded to my phone call later that afternoon. The next morning he came to my home and gave me an estimate and began the following morning. Bret was prompt, courteous, professional, fast, affordable, and did a wonderful job. The best tattoo shop around! Thom Is a master of his craft. When I came in looking for what I wanted to get, Thom custom drew me a piece that was one of the best pieces of artwork I've ever seen, he also educated me on the process and aftercare, and the tattoo healed up fabulously. That guy can pierce too, especially the nether regions!

I am a brand new homeowner and we were just effected by this massive flood. Our basement flooded and knocked over our pressure tank and fried out the pressure switch. I called every plumber from Freeport to Stockton and this is the only one that has called me back. He was at my house within 30 minutes of calling me back. I thought my son would miss his last band lesson but the plumber that came was so fast and efficient that he had water problem fixed within 30 minutes and we were still able to make it to band practice. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. Also got a quote to fix iron problem in water due to Eleroy area. I have had Rooterman out twice and have enjoyed (can you really enjoy it when you have to call the plumber?) the service both times. I believe both times it was Dustin. First he came for a shower that had not been used in about 15 years. He was very up front about having to remove the tile and how I would have to get someone else to replace it (and recommended someone who did a great job). Shower worked wonderfully after he left. Second time he came it was for the water heater that died a sad, albeit quick death. He confirmed it was no longer among us and when I said my family was selling the house and wanted to go as affordable as possible, he found a nice new heater that didn't break the bank. Both times he came out when he said he would, went over the issue with me before he started anything, and he acted professionally. He looked clean and even removed his shoes when going in and out. I would use Rooterman again and would recommend him.

Our dryer went out on Tuesday night, I was able to put in a request for a visit online. The following day I had a call to schedule. They were able to come the next day and gave a half hour window for when they’d be there. The technician Andy called 20 minutes before arriving and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within an hour. Highly recommend!

Jeff and his crew have done a lot of work for me in the past two years.I am very pleased with their professionalism and customer courtesy. The first job they took on for me was a window replacement job that another contractor had left me hanging on. It was late in the fall so the temperature was less than ideal and they already had a pretty full schedule but they came through for me. They have been doing work for me ever since, including door replacement, deck work,window trim. And they also finished my basement witch was a huge project, you can probably see pictures of it on downings Facebook page. I'm a very pleased customer and would recommend downings to anyone for any job.

Had a hot water heater go out and leak all over basement. Called them at 8:30 and they arrived at 10:30. Felt like they dropped everything and ran to my place. Crew was curtious and efficient, had water sucked up and drying equipment in place in 2 hours. Very helpful with insurance company, handled it all for me. Great follow up to check on progress and picked up equipment immediately when carpet was dry. Had a crew come in to repair and clean damage very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them.
