Horrible experience. Im traumatized absolutely traumatized! I specifically said I do not want highlights i wanted a complete color. She insisted on doing it her way and OMG she tried to change her story and booked me for a root retouching the following week. My hair isnt anywhere near the color i asked for. Its horrible and ruined. I had to think long and hard about this as I've been going to this stylist for about 2 years. She is very nice. And does a nice job with trims. No way can I go back and trust her to fix this. This is supposed to be a natural gray/silver color. Told me the photo i showed her must have been a wig. So! it was the color I wanted. When exchanging text with her expressing how unsatisfied i was, she was making excuses and saying how i needed more than one session and that she should have been more clear! That was never mentioned. As she was blow drying my hair she said " what do you think? I like it and than says she thought it would be more silver!" So to text me a complete cover up lie as if i wasn't thrre this is why I can not return.
