Very unprofessional behavior from this salon, had 2 appointments booked for about a week then the day of the appointments the door was locked and sign saying they were closed, yet all the lights were still on? Called and was sent to voicemail immediately, left a voicemail just confused as to what was going on since there was no note on the door. Went back about an hour later and still closed. My mother decided to book yet another appointment for both of us and was met with an attitude over the phone along with an “explanation” saying they were in the bathroom, which we thought was super weird considering we had went back an hour later to see if they had opened up again and still nothing. Very very disappointed and felt totally disrespected with the attitude over the phone. Hoping they’re open for our next appointment and will change my mind on the matter.

I decided today (5/30/24) that I was going to chop my hair off! I was looking at google reviews and came across Freeburg Hair Center. Called to find the first available appointment at 2:30! I got in with Brandy at 3:30 today! She chopped it off and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I think I finally found a new stylist!

I’ve been going by to Freeburg Hair Center for many years and have always walked away very pleased with the services they provide, whether it’s a cut or color. They do a wonderful job and are friendly.
