We've used Bi State Termite & Pest Control for several years. They've helped us with ants and spiders. Always friendly and a pleasure to work with. Most recently, Gavin has been the exterminator to take care of our unwanted critters. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and so polite - such a nice young gentleman.

The phone staff are very pleasant and helpful and Joshua and all of the professionals are friendly, knowledgeable, and prioritize your concerns to make you feel at ease.
