Went to their new location on River Road and they were incredibly nice & helpful. Their prices are fair and comparable to Amazon & Chewy, so I'm glad to be able to shop local and not break the bank. They offered to order specialized food for our cat with a diet, and threw in some treats as well! Will definitely be back.
I’ve been coming here for a few months, and the staff—from the owners to the high school students—are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. At first, I was hesitant to switch my dog off his old food, but every time I came in, they took the time to explain the importance of proper nutrition and finding the right fit. I finally made the switch to Fromm, and my dog absolutely loves it. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that they’re usually playing Drake when I stop by!
Janine was very helpful and personable. She readily offers her assistance and input regarding pet care. Every visit has been a pleasant shopping experience. Looking forward to my next purchase!
