The technician Jamar was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our thermostat within 5 mins and had our furnace back working in no time. He didn't try to sell us unneeded services. He did recommend a furnace cleaning which we did. He was quick efficient and even triple checked to make sure everything was working before he left. Great experience! Technician (Jamarr) was prompt and courteous. Technician was capable and diligent. He found the problem with my condenser in about 30 seconds. And he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Only recommended a cleaning service that I did need. I highly recommend this company!
