My appointment was great. My physician handled my dermatology issue quickly and efficiently. If I need additional treatments, I would return to Pinnacle with absolute confidence. I give them the highest recommendation.
I had a wonderful experience at the clinic yesterday. Dr. Troiani is truly exceptional—very comforting, attentive, and demonstrates excellent bedside manner. He takes the time to listen and never makes you feel rushed. I felt understood, supported, and not alone during my visit.
He allows patients to have autonomy in their decisions and does not pressure you into a treatment plan. I also appreciate how responsive he is—he returns calls promptly and is available when concerns arise, even if you are considering changes to your treatment plan. He consistently reassures you that he has time for you.

The staff and Dr. Poole were very pleasant and caring..I was in and out in no time. They discussed my options and answered questions, making sure I was comfortable with my options. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Dermatology, and Dr. Poole, for any skin conditions or concerns.
