I will forever recommend Pashco Automotive to everyone. As a woman who’s not particularly knowledgeable about cars, I’ve always felt vulnerable to being taken advantage of by mechanics. However, I had a fantastic experience here where they thoroughly explained the necessary repairs and the reasons behind them. They didn’t pressure me into making decisions; they just provided me with the facts.

I had a great experience with the work the Pashco team did with my car. They provided a diagnosis and prompt repair on my car that saved me thousands of dollars over an inaccurate quote/proposal from a local Ford dealer. The diagnosis was communicated in very professional and complete fashion. The quoted price matched the final bill. Best of all my car is running great, and I expect to get many more miles from it! Brett and Ed provided a great experience and I will be bringing all my cars to them in the future.

First experience with Ed was over a year ago with my previous vehicle when he was to do a diagnostic on the transmission. Car ended up dying on the way to Pashco, 3 blocks shy of reaching their driveway. When we finally got the car into his shop and after he did an evaluation + estimate of repairs he did not hesitate to be upfront and honest that we should not waste our money saving the car because it's not worth it and to use that money as a down-payment on a new car.
