Wow. Just wow. First time in my life getting this done. Everyone is so cool and they explain everything to you. I must have heard “do you have any questions” 20 times. The ladies are so prompt and make the experience amazing. Awesome Dr who really took the time to explain everything. They earn 5 stars. Top notch practice
The waiting area is comfortable and clean. There's even a small corner for little ones to play. Staff thinks to explain what they're going to do before they work with you. I definitely feel heard; doctors are collaborative with the patient and each other.
From the reception to the Doc and all staffers in between - my most recent visit to the Multack offices in Frankfort was top notch. All staffers were friendly courteous and knowledgeable. Doc G was extremely capable informative and friendly. Signed up for necessary cataract surgery.
