When I first walked in the 2 people at the front desk were bickering with each other about who was going to do my intake once they were done I was then greated after awkwardly listening to them bicker until they acknowledged me, i asked to focus on lower back and neck, therapist spent majority of the time on my middle back which was not need, afterwards they are very pushy about scheduling more apps, had to tell them 3 times that I do not know my schedule due to working multiple jobs and being a caretaker for my mother, between the rudeness and pushness of the front staff and the therapist ignoring my input I will not be back and would highly recommend not going to this location, please spend the extra time and go to a different location if you are using massage envy

The services were nice, the customer service from management is the most awful thing I have ever experienced. I had so many packages I had to forfeit because of this money grab of a company. It is not worth it at all. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

This place is the most corrupt business I've used in yrs. They refuse to let an 80 yr old woman with dementia cancel her membership. The manager Darlene was very rude and condescending on the phone trying to cancel for this older woman. They have scammed multiple ppl out of money this way.

Got a massage by Stacey today and oh my lord was that a great massage. And her friendly goofy personality added a nice charm to the massage. 10/10 would recommend. Also has good strength and got through my built up muscle tension from the gym.

Great massage and terrific staff. I went yesterday and had Stacy... she's short and small but can pack a punch! I needed serious deep tissue and she did an amazing job. The staff up in the front are always super nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

I posted this review over a week ago, and I sent the same exact note to the corporate office and literally NOTHING. This is the WORST customer service I have experienced at a place that is supposed to be centered on customer service and their members. No accountability. Totally pathetic. I have a membership with Massage Envy because I have a high-stress job, and believe deeply in self-care. I had the WORST experience today, and when I brought it to the manager’s attention (Darlene) her response was not only patronizing, full of excuses, shared more problems with the location (which NO customer wants to hear), and only took accountability when I pushed toward that end. It wasn’t the therapist fault that the room she was giving me a massage in was next to the office where Darlene had some video on full blast so I could hear it thru the wall, along with the ladies at the front desk. She was dismissive of the problem, and I honestly can’t tolerate people who can’t take accountability. It wasn’t funny. I went there to relax. I came out more irritated than I went in. She didn’t even offer a solution. She honestly laughed it off, and just kept apologizing but with no meaning behind it. Ugh. I spent 90 minutes there that I can’t get back and used my monthly subscription, which WAS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Why didn’t she even offer anything????? Very bad business. I will be writing a Google review as well. So VERY disappointing. A manager should take full responsibility, find solutions, and look for ways to make the guests feel comfortable. That is NOT what happened. What a shame for the Massage Envy brand.
