Thank you for sending John your service and hitting units in my home. He provided us with meticulous and conscientious work, servicing the units thoroughly, and completing repairs and maintenance tasks. With his excellent communication skills, he describes the condition of the units, explaining clearly why some additional attention may be needed in the near future. Very conscientious, polite and truthful.
10:30 pm I had a gas leak. I called the non emergent fire dept. They came and said call emergency Nicor. Nicor shut off my gas. Told me it needed to be fixed b4 they can turn it back on. It’s late, it’s 10deg, I need heat! I call King, they were here in 30 minutes, fixed the leak, replaced old piping and added a shutoff valve. The guy that came was very pleasant & knowledgeable. King went above & beyond to get get it right.
Great experience with King’s Heating. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and detailed in explaining the service performed. He also gave us helpful advice about our filter. We used the winter promotional check-up, and the tech was honest and transparent with his inspection. We’ll definitely use them again.
