Mr. Katula was referred to us and we're glad we called him for our home inspection. Mike was very thorough and went around the entire house with both my husband and I, looking at every switch, fixture, window, wire, and drain! He explained details about the construction of our house that actually made us appreciate it even more. We felt much more at ease purchasing our home after viewing Mike's visual home inspection report. What's great is that you can keep the report and look back at it later as you make repairs.
