“This was my second time using services (unfortunately) and I can’t stop saying how much of a blessing Jeanne is. This time around my 6 year old son who is autistic was infected. After assessing what would freak him out the least and acknowledging he wouldn’t sit through a treatment, Jeanne offered to just shave his head. My son has sensory issues and doesn’t do well with anyone touching him and although he did cry and freak out the whole time, she handled him with such patience and care after she was done he was literally jumping for joy. “After receiving a bad haircut at another salon on Friday, Planet Color Salon fit me in Saturday afternoon with Nick. Everyone was so nice and friendly when I walked in and told me I was in the right place to fix my hair. I was thrilled to hear that Nick is also amazing with undercuts. Prior stylists did the very minimum to its upkeep which always made it look grown out and so basic. I didn’t expect him to do anything with the undercut since they generously fit me in last minute but he didn’t hesitate to give me the best undercut I have ever had! He has such a comfortable and relaxing vibe to top it off. Before he started, he gave me an amazing shampoo. After he fixed my hair, he surprised me by styling my hair beautifully!

I am so disappointed that I haven’t found Planet Color sooner. BUT, If I hadn’t gotten a bad haircut the day prior, I wouldn’t have ended up there. I am grateful for that bad haircut.
