This was my second time using services (unfortunately) and I can’t stop saying how much of a blessing Jeanne is. This time around my 6 year old son who is autistic was infected. After assessing what would freak him out the least and acknowledging he wouldn’t sit through a treatment, Jeanne offered to just shave his head. My son has sensory issues and doesn’t do well with anyone touching him and although he did cry and freak out the whole time, she handled him with such patience and care after she was done he was literally jumping for joy. My daughter & I were recently around someone who had lice & were in a panic to get checked out. Jeanne was so accommodating & personable & got us in right away. I'm grateful that she's in the business. I was stressed about the whole thing & she put my mind at ease. She was super thorough in the process to assure us that we were lice free. I would highly recommend her to anyone & everyone I know. If we are ever in the situation again in the future we will be calling her.

I was referred to Jeanne by a local salon owner. I never would have thought this was a service I would need to use. My school aged daughter had head lice. I instantly panicked when I found out, I have never had experience with lice.I reached out to Jeanne who was able to get us in right away. Jeanne also assured me everything would be okay.The process was smooth. We had three head checks and only my daughter needed treatment.
