“Edited to 5/5 stars for Dr. Zintak and her assistant. They were phenomenal with my child for the kindergarten eye exam. Found out kiddo needed glasses, she was nervous, we were trying to be super positive about it. My issue is when Dr. Zintak walked up front to tell the staff we needed glasses, the lady working the front desk made a comment along the lines of "ohhhh it's just so sad when they have to get glasses so young, I hate that" back to the doctor, about 5 feet in front of us. I'm sorry, but you work at an eye doctors office, I think you should know to keep those comments to yourself. Not only did it make me sad, but when we got in the car my kid asked why the lady helping us hates kids with glasses. Not exactly a great start to the new life of wearing glasses. So in reference to the Pearle employees, 0/5 and they'd be the reason we may need to find a new eye doc for next year.“
