Bill is a gem of a human being! Friday and Saturday we had a huge snowstorm and my furnace went out and temperature in my house was 50 degrees. Bill was unable to stop by because the roads were closed but he took 2 hours out of his day to walk me through troubleshooting my HVAC error code via the phone. With his expertise and patience, he was able to help me fix the issue and get my furnace back up and running! Can’t say enough what a great LOCAL & INDEPENDENT business Bill runs. Thank you again!!!!
Bill is one of the most helpful and trustworthy plumbers I’ve ever dealt with. His prices are great and he never tries to oversell the job. With me before he came out, he tried to walk me through fixing it to see if it was a small Problem That I was able to solve. I would never go to root rootter or black diamond again.
