Do.not go outside Decatur to get your phone fixed. After trips to AT&T and other efforts went here..fixed things quickly, transferred everything to new phone. Very reasonable price also.!
We needed a total phone screen replacement due to OLED damage from being dropped. Best Buy Geek Squad told us it’d be $200 and take several hours to repair, right before turning us away because they thought the phone had “corrosion” somewhere despite doing nothing but looking at it for 5 minutes. Went to Qik Smartphone Repair afterwards for a second opinion, and we are so glad we did. Qik Smartphone replaced the screen in under 30 minutes, for half the price Geek Squad quoted us for, and confirmed there was no “corrosion”. Phone is 100% fixed and works great.
