The original issue was the with a flow control valve that is now working fine after they rewired the the connections to the transformer and switch.

For some reason this resolved some heating inconsistencies between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor.

There is some maintenance work left on the boiler and upcoming ac work I can do cheaper on my own.. but these techs were accommodating and quick, I'm going let Air King have the business!
