She started at the shampoo bowl very hot water rinsing the relaxer and neutralizing both with hot water. I’m a cosmetologist as well and taught when chemical processes never use hot water and hot blow drying this is exactly what alane did causing massive split ends. I have taken steps with proper state board authority. This was done with spite and I took everything I wanted used on my hair and one product missing from my items while I’m under hair dryer processing semi permanent color dripping and she never used neck strip for sanitation purposes and no cotton around my hair perimeter and barely used my product to coat and protect my beautiful locks. Alane wears a wig. I’m also a herbalist and am knowledgeable in hair chemistry and growth and length retention and have been for 40 plus years. Ladies with massive hair growth and thickness be aware of the jealousy within the salon business. Alane didn’t achieve what she intended for I’ve reversed any split ends and heat damage she practiced. Again she wears a wig and at the door I could have left. That’s the gist of the experience but she knows nothing about my hair care skills and for doing my hair with being jealous and envious has serious livelyhood consequences she did this deed with malicious intentions. Reversed her actions with the very best products and I never ever let any stylist cut my hair what she wanted to do, said because of split ends but she created the splits. Ladies learn to cut your own hair and stop relaxing your hair every month go at least 5 months or longer if possible. I get a retouch every year with my hair type and my sister usually does it just couldn’t this year.many stylist don’t care about the clients and if you have beautiful hair go to a male stylist they’re best for keeping women’s hair long and beautiful without the jealousy and if possible stop going to the salon unless it’s not for a serious service.especially when it’s your beautiful hair and the stylist wear glued down wigs there’s alot of hater’s.ladies as a retired cosmetologist stop listening to the stylist telling you to cut your hair due to split ends. The products that Reverse split ends can be done without any major hair chopping look at Amazon according to your hair problems and you may have to spend for hair products but if you’re growing out your hair buy bond repair products and heal your hair from within and again you just can’t trust the female stylist when it comes to length retention because they might not be pros and if they are female jealousy is just the way it is and alane called herself creating damage for my hair for me to return you’ll never touch my hair in this life and watch out you may get a letter from odor.

My stylist is amazing BRI always takes care of me. She's a very skilled stylist. I see hey for LOC maintenance but hey skills go fast beyond anything you want you can provide, The atmosphere of the salon is very cool always clean and a great location.

I never leave with just the 1 thing I went there for. Great selections and prices. You never have to feel like you can't get the most expensive product just to try it. Its nice to know they expect lightly used returns. Make the shopping process so much more fun.
