Ive been going to this shop for about 6 months. My thoughts were like a previous review someone gave. My time is limited so I kept going because they get you in and out. However the health of my hair has failed. One, the guy who shampoos your hair does it in two minutes. I don't think my hair is washed thoroughly. This is one of the main things you look forward to at the shop. Second, Eva does not clip my ends correctly. A good stylist will turn you in the mirror to show you where they're cutting. Eva just clips from the back and you barely hear any cutting. Plus she doesn't go through the hair like most stylists do. And there is no style to my hair. Third,... read full review
The stylist is amazing but the man is rude and money hungry. Every time he says a different price for the same service and I have to say last time I paid this for the exact service. No prices displayed anywhere.
I paid 80 dollars for 35/40 min service. When I walked in they were rude off back because they claimed my hair was thick and it would 75 dollars. I said my hair is really fine, this is just natural state. He then said it was 65 dollars. I asked for a trim he said 15 additional dollars. She trimmed my hair for 2 seconds and I said I need it trimmed throughout. She curled my hair in 10 min but didn't straighten first and because my hair is extremely thin/fine as I stated when I walked in the roots were straight but ends very frizzzy because of not being straightened and clipped even.
