The Illinois State Electric team provided excellent service after an electrical fire. They responded quickly and put us at ease after an emergency. They were prompt, responsive, thorough, honest, communicative, knowledgeable and helpful. They replaced faulty wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breaker, meter, and more. They also went above and beyond to answer our insurance company's questions so they would cover the damage, which insurance was initially reluctant to do. I was extremely impressed and happy with their service.

I bought a battery from Costco, not realizing that they don't install them. I went to multiple corporate places Firestone etc, and they don't put in customer bought parts! I'm so THANKFUL I found Bill's automotive shop, what a hidden GEM! Bill put my new battery in for me & in a jiffy! Thanks again Bill! Highly recommend! I'll definitely be back for other services!

Bill's a great guy, my car broke down about a mile from his shop the day before the 4th of July. He allowed me to bring it in, stored it at no cost and then promptly reached out after the weekend to give me an update before letting me know the next day it would be ready the following. Picked it up, no fuss no issues, very fair pricing, guaranteed warranty on the new battery and labor. Don't hesitate on him
