    Absolutely love Allison in the salon. She’s so friendly and makes my time there enjoyable. I do wish the store had a better stock of items as I feel like they’re missing entire sections that the stores in St. Louis have. That’s not the store’s fault, but corporates lack of stock for the store. Maybe if even people express their desires for more product options it might happen.

    The store is generally well organized. Most of the time this location is out of stock on more popular products. It's a corporate store so there are really no surprises. My main issue is the checkout process. I canceled my rewards membership with Ulta some time ago as I rarely saw any benefits with it. I have been told twice now at checkout that I will not be able to make a return without a rewards membership. This is simply a lie. That is not a requirement in the return policy on Ulta.com, which the receipt tells you to reference for making a return. You get a full refund with a receipt within 30 days. I used to work sales.     This place has plenty of beauty items to choose from. Offers in store salons that go beyond just hair. They also support foundation match, makeup, and more. The reason Ulta Beauty does not get 5 stars is due to floor support. Each visit, we find it hard to get support when purchasing locked away items. Staff would walk past without asking if help is needed or staff would be difficult to find in high traffic areas. Yes, you can walk up to request help, and typically, staff responds quickly. Regardless, support should not be difficult to find, especially from the center of the store.
