My partner and I went to Reed Eye Care for the first time this week and we were impressed. Everyone was so friendly and personable, from the ladies at reception, to our technician, Kyla, to our optometrist, Dr. Falconer. Kyla and Dr. Falconer were thorough and knowledgeable. Explained every part of the exam and what they were looking for when looking at the scans. Even picking out our lenses on the Lenscrafter side was a breeze. Eryn was personable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Eryn even went out of his way to adjust the nosepads on my old pair of glasses (since that was something I didn't even know could be done). My glasses are sitting more... read full review

From the Dr.s to the staff it was an incredible experience!! They are very professional and attentive to our need and concerns. Would give out 10 stars if I could. Very impressed!!! Paul is amazing and so very patient.

First of all, the receptionist was extremely efficient and kind. The person who did the initial screening was also extremely kind and very efficient. Dr Falconer is a wonderful and patient doctor who takes his time with each of his patients and doesn't mind us asking questions. I trust him immensely and am very glad to be in his care.
