Frank is the best! My old AC unit died right before the hot weekend and Frank came fast and put in a new one in just a few hours and for a great price! I’ll be enjoying my nice 68 degree summer days inside the rest of the year. Highly recommend!

We recently moved from Chicago and I cannot say enough good things about Frank. I'd give Sig's 10 stars if I could. We had two older HVAC units, and so we had Frank come service them each year. He also came for service calls when they would short cycle or otherwise not work properly. Given the age of the systems, Frank could have told me it was unfixable and I would have believed him. But he is so honest and knowledgeable and always was able to fix it right away. He is just really nice, too -- on one visit, it was my son's birthday. Super friendly, honest and great service. Called Sig's because I received an insane estimate from a larger company who insisted I needed to replace my entire AC unit and I wanted to compare pricing. Turns out...I didn't need a new AC unit, rather there was a part of the system that could be cleaned and would literally cost a fraction of what the larger company had quoted me. Highly recommend !
