I called Reliable Home Health seeking assistance with my employment dates from when I use to work there because I'm currently getting my resume together for job searching. I can't remember the lady that I spoke with however I asked her to verify my employment dates and she said "I will not verify anything for you". I told her that her tone was very unprofessional, not necessary and she proceeded to tell me that she wasn't going to tear the place from top to bottom looking for this information for me. She verbalized that it was my responsibility to know the dates and not hers. I told her that its my fault for thinking that the company is capable of keeping vital records of employment. My personal thought is that what if a business needed this information to be verified or what if for some reason I needed something from them for tax purposes and its sad to say Reliable Home Health isn't capable of storing and maintaining our professional information. This was an horrible experience and I feel they only truly deserves .5 star and thats only because they answered the telephone. This lady spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and I'm embarrassed to ever have my name associated with them.
