I absolutely love it here! I have already recommended the Evanston location specifically to five of my friends. If it is your first time getting waxed, this is the spot for you! They walk you through everything and take such good care of each client. Aand I always leave this place laughing! True luxury!

I've tried my fair share of waxing places over the years, but Waxing in the City is the only one I've ever actually been consistent about returning to.

Bozhena is absolutely incredible. She is so knowledgeable, so honest, and she genuinely makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. She'll tell you what your skin actually needs and what it doesn't, which I appreciate!

I had always been nervous about waxing, but she made the whole experience so no-big-deal that my fears were gone after the first visit. :)

This was my 3rd or 4th time visiting Waxing the City, highly recommend! The staff is always incredibly welcoming as well as professional. This visit I scheduled eyebrows (wax and tint), chin and a much needed hydrating lip mask. The services were fantastic, I've been very happy with the results every time! Scheduling is always easy and the facility itself is adorable and super clean. My services weren't rushed at all and any precautions I needed to take afterward were clearly explained. This is my new go to wax spot.
