I had a long gown hemmed here. It was not only expensive, but the large amount of fabric was thrown out. When I discovered this I went back to retrieve it, and it was too late. When I said I was disappointed, the woman started to YELL at me!! The last owners were SO MUCH BETTER. It is not the same place and I will not return.Service: Alterations

We have used Swan Lake for ten years or so and it's been consistently terrific. We've used excellent delivery and pickup in recent months as we've gotten really old. The Petersons
