To give some context, I was told by several other roofing companies that I would need to re-sheet and shingle my entire roof. I wanted to get as many quotes as possible since this job was between 15-20k. Rocco came out and crawled into my tiny attic space and assured me that I did not need to resheet the entire roof but rather the back section that had endured more moisture and had leaks.
