Elda is simply the best. I moved away from Evanston a few years ago and have not been able to find anyone since (including at extremely expensive salons) who does my hair as well as she did. I miss the comfort of knowing I will walk out with amazing hair and getting to hear about her and her daughter. I will add that I have thick hair that is not the easiest to cut/color but she always handled it with ease. Go see her!

Professional, personal, and gave me the perfect new style. I’d highly recommend booking! The salon is stylish, clean, and comfortable. Booking an appointment online was easy and text updates with appointment information and reminders is a huge plus.

You can not find a more friendly or professional hair salon on the north shore. Lamia and Elda and the rest of the Salon Lamia staff make you feel as if you are part of their family. Great prices and always a happy atmosphere when your at Salon Lamia. Lots of other Salon offerings at Salon Lamia as well.
