The simple fact that I am writing a review at all shows what a positive experience I had with Roto Rooter! Our sewer line collapsed and these guys worked efficiently, respectfully, and competently to make it right! We were in pretty big trouble, but this crew made me feel that I was in the right hands. They kept me posted every step of the way and remained true to to the schedule. When the job was done, I was impressed by the pride I could see in the crew for doing the job well. I recommend these guys highly!
My plumbers were very polite and informative. They did great job of assessing my issue and resolving it quickly along with being patient with the clutter I had around my water heater. I was able to write down a few recommendations and was even provided with a direct line if something happened to my water heater again. I appreciate the service and professionalism!
Our journey with Roto-Rooter started with a backed-up main line. It was not fun. We called another plumber and they told us they would be out to help, but they never showed. We called Roto-Rooter at 6:00 PM on a Tuesday night and Gus was there within the hour. He rodded our main line and stayed out in our front lawn until 9:00 PM.
The next day, Levi came out and told us we had a lot of breaks in the clay in the main line. He walked us through all the possible solutions. We settled on getting liners put in our main line.
