Sylvia and Kirk are the founders of Remake Architecture, a small and personalized architecture and design firm in Evanston, IL. They have provided for me a wonderful, energy-efficient design for a new house on a somewhat challenging lot in Evanston, and the plans sailed through all of the zoning and permit reviews by the City. They have been patient and attentive throughout the design process, generous with their time, and they genuinely seek to understand their clients' needs and then offer the best build options for consideration. Highly recommended for both residential renovations and for new house projects.

We highly recommend Remake Architecture. We hired Remake to design a new deck and garage and improve our kitchen and bathrooms. Sylvia did an outstanding job. Throughout the process, she listened to our needs and collaborated with us to fully realize our project. We were impressed with the project’s sustainability, functionality, and beautiful design. We would recommend Remake Architecture to anyone looking for a skilled and dedicated residential architect.
