My first time using Premier Plumbing Service, and I am impressed with the service from the initial phone call to the call leading up to the arrival of Mike who was on time and GREAT!! He was so knowledgeable with the old building plumbing and was helpful with preventative steps to avoid having the same issue again. Thank you for the excellent service.

Frank came out this morning to give us an estimate on a repipe job, and he was extremely thorough, concise, and very kind. He walked us through how the process would work, answered all of our "what if" questions, and was just a pleasure to work with. I also must say that when I called a few days ago to make this appointment, Andrea was also wonderful to talk to. She was able to book us quickly, and followed up immediately with email and text confirmations. The customer service has been stellar, especially considering these stressful times sea dealing with a leak and a pandemic. Thank you!

We had an emergency with the sewer backing up. Premier Plumbing Service came within couple of hours and tried to snake it, but couldn't get the blockage to be cleared. They came the next morning with the hydro power cleaner and cleaned the blockage. Very helpful. They cleaned up themselves after the service.
