Maintenance Hotline (MHL) has supported our condominium community for the past five years, providing a dedicated on-site maintenance technician Monday through Friday. Our property consists of four 50-year-old buildings with a total of 80 owner-occupied units, and throughout our partnership, MHL has consistently delivered exceptional service.
Their proactive approach has enabled us to address issues early, often preventing small concerns from becoming costly repairs. Maintenance Hotline has managed all of the work in our building for the 10 years we have lived in the building. They have done well with our building’s needs through 5 building managers, from the worst, to the current best. They respond to me very quickly, often times instantly. There is almost nothing that one of their employees, or another, cannot do. We are responded to politely, and the tasks assigned are always completed well. They have the ability to respond to requests when there is a problem, in a way that helps make the problem stop. We made a reservation and had to wait 30 minutes because we booked on open table two hour before the reservation and they said since it was books later, that we would have to wait. Why have available times on open table and then not be able to seat people within 15 minutes of their reservation time? Otherwise the food was fantastic and once we sat down our waiter was great.
