Herrera Landscape & Snow Removal

We have been using Herrera Landscaping for over two years and have been very pleased with their work. They recently redid our fence and our deck as well and the work was done beautifully. Adrien has returned calls within a timely manner and has always been professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend them!

I heard a flood of compliments from someone on my board about how great a job they do, but it has not worked out for us. The first time we tried to reach out to them, we didn't hear back for more than a week. I tried two more times and FINALLY got a callback after we'd already hired another company. Then this time around I tried again. It took a few days to get a callback. Then when someone did come out, he had all kinds of suggestions for jobs I didn't ask him to do (cutting down trees, fertilizing grass, seeding grass, weed removal) and strong opinions about organic fertilization companies. But all I wanted was to put soil under cement and even out a hilly area in our grass. If his team could do it all, then GREAT. But once again, even after telling me I'd get an estimate in a couple of days, I still don't have one. This was round 2. We're hiring a third company now. The longer we wait on estimates and callbacks (which always seems to be 1-2 weeks later), the longer it'll take to do the job. I'd rather they just say they're too busy to do it.

I used Herrera based on a recommendation from a friend who swears by them. The team was friendly, courteous and respectful of my home. They asked frequent questions during install to ensure I got what I wanted, and they listened to my feedback when I'd pop by unsolicited during the installation! I am very pleased with the final product and will be a repeat customer.
