We engaged Osh in an aspirational restoration and model of a century home that required a complete gut. The scope was beyond his normal projects, but we knew that he would do the work right and not cut corners. Every time a vendor, subcontractor, or city inspector was on-site, they commented on the quality of workmanship. We challenged Osh with numerous non-standard requests such as tilt/turn windows and doors, stainless steel counters and high efficiency building systems and he made everything happen. Osh will never be the cheapest option, but when you work with him, there is no worry about whether something was done right.
