The shop was so clean and I loved that we could get in line virtually before arriving. Christina did a great job listening to my tween and cutting the exact length she wanted - not too short like my kiddo had feared!
My daughter needed a trim. She has very thick hair. I made an appointment online, we arrived waited maybe 5 minutes for our appointment. The stylist checked in several times to make sure it was the right way. She had such a great experience She went again several months later. I'm sorry to read some negative comments but good communication with a stylist BEFORE beginning a haircut is a bug part of leaving the salon happy. It's a budget hair salon,great value for the service.
My young son and I have been a regular guest at this location for a couple years and have had a great experience. Malena and Felicia are the best! They are both very kind and are very skilled. I have never had an issue with their service. If I have ever had a cut that did not meet expectations from another person (if Malena or Felicia were not available), I contacted the manager Maria and she always made things right. It only takes one person to ruin the reputation of a business so please don't let 1-2 bad apples ruin your experience. I don't live in Evanston but I go out of my way to go back just to have Malena or Felicia cut my or my sons hair. Thank you both!
