Both Genevieve and Sammy were very welcoming and polite while welcoming me at the front desk immediately as I walked in. My stylist Elise had great conversations and throughly explained the process of getting my hair dyed. (which I was totally nervous about) She then proceeded to exceed my own expectations and did even better. Because of the long process she was assisted by Nick who had given a scalp massage that was heaven-sent.
Jacob is the most incredible colorist. I love how we can discuss an idea and it always happens. Jacob is creative, fantastic, and just an overall wonderful person. This is why I always go back to Jacob!
the lovely cat did my hair and she did so phenomenal i am so in love with the turnout everyone here is so sweet and it did not take long at all for a hair cut, bleach, and color!
