My grandfather fell and hit his head and was sent to this hospital as we were told it was a level 1 trauma center. The bedside manner of the doctors were terrible. We were told that he would Not make it past the weekend. So we all visited him throughout his last few days so he would Not be alone. My grandma is small and frail And does not walk well. My dad is not exactly calming to my grandma so my sister and I went up to comfort her. She was inconsolable and actively crying for most of her time next to him. I wanted to say something about Lab where they collecting blood. I went there for exam today checked in and waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes. I complained and lady said just two persons ahead of you. I waited so No chair to sit on (just 4 chairs and all taken). I went in after one hour and 25 minutes. She collected the blood and now I have pain on my blood collecting area and two bumps. DO SOMETHING PEOPLE YOUR CARE GETTING WORSE DAILY. horrible service I will change my hospital and even insurance.
UPDATED REVIEW: I didn't really understand why this hospital got such low reviews. I didn't have a bad visit so much as I was frustrated with the technology (asking me to fax a document when they have an ENTIRE app and in-messaging system on their website). I thought it was extremely weird how all the questionnaires ask about your religion, and the front desk lady asks for it too if you don't answer. What does THIS have to do with a doctor's visit and why is it any of your business? But I still wouldn't have given them a low review over that.
