I highly recommend Evanston Property Management! James was great to work with and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. What impressed me the most was James' communication skills. He kept me informed every step of the way and advised me on how to make my property more appealing to todays rental market. After working with a few other companies over the years, I am so glad one of my clients recommended Evanston Property Management. Their work ethic is second to none. Thanks again for everything guys.
Mike and his team have been so helpful to our family. When I signed up for management services with Evanston Property Management, I came from a horrible large local company. My tenants were worried they would be treated poorly but Evanston Property Management team was able to change that quickly. They have been taking great care of my investments since. Keep up the good work!

Their communication is excellent, they always keep their commitments, and they are always willing to assist. I would strongly advise you to hire them to manage your properties!
